Professional Installation — Required

Due to the complexity and value of this terminal, AGF strongly recommends — and for government procurement, requires — professional installation. This includes a pre-installation site survey, secure structural mounting, cable routing and management, modem and LAN integration, activation, and verification testing.

Subscription Plan Required

A monthly Starlink enterprise subscription plan is required. AGF offers managed enterprise plans from ₱3,990 to ₱80,990/month depending on data requirements. View enterprise plans.

Warranty

1-year hardware warranty from date of delivery, subject to manufacturer and AGF warranty conditions. Covers manufacturing defects. Does not cover physical damage, power surge, unauthorized modification, or operation outside rated conditions. Warranty claims handled through AGF.

Payment Terms

• 100% of equipment cost required prior to deployment
• Bank transfer, check, or approved digital payment channels accepted
• Price validity: 30 days from date of quotation
• For corporate accounts: post-dated checks accepted at AGF's discretion
